Tax Returns Starting Price Guideline

Effective as of January 1, 2024:

Tax Returns will not be released to the client for removal from our office, or e-filed until our fees are paid in full.
Tax Return Preparation fees will be based on forms used in the return and the time and expertise required.

Individual Returns:

$$80 Form 1040 (no itemized deductions): up to 3 W-2's and 2 States
$90 Form 1040 (with itemized deductions): up to 3 W-2's, and 2 States
$130 Schedule C (1099-Nec or 1099-Misc): up to 3 1099-NEC/1099-MISC/1099-K
$130 Schedule E (Rental Income)
Amended Return:

▫ $30: if we filed original tax return
▫ $60: if we did not file the original tax return

Plus

$5 each additional Form 1099-Int/1099-DIV more than 5 forms
$10 each additional State return more than 2
$ 5 Capital Gain/Loss
$20 Sale of Property/Assets
$ 10 Installment Agreement
$20 Extension- Tax documents turned in five days or less before deadline may be subject to an extension.

Business Returns:

$200 Partnership (Form 1065)
$400 S Corp (Form 1120S)
$400 Corporation (Form 1120)
$200 Estates/Trust (Form 1041)
$100 Non-Profit (Form 990)
$20 Extension- Tax documents turned in five days or less before deadline may be subject to an extension

$40 Insufficient Funds- Returned Check, Debit/Credit Card Charge Back
